Q-When will I get paid?
Your earnings will be sent by your method of choice provided that some conditions are met as shown on the table below. All funds are in US Dollars.
To request a payment click on the link "Request Cashout" that will be made available on your account summary page next to your balance. This link will be available only once you have reached the minimum cashout.
PayPal, AlertPay and Liberty Reserve cashouts are sent once a week on Mondays, so please make sure you request your cashout before Monday.
Checks are mailed only once a month on the first Monday to the postal address on your profile, so please make sure you request your cashout before the first Monday of the month and that the information on your profile is accurate.
Checks are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cash or deposit checks in a timely manner consistent with the 60 time frame. Any check not cashed within the validity time frame is subject to cancellation.
Minimum balance to cashout is $10.00 USD.

Q-How do I earn money with ClixSense?
There are several ways for you to earn money with ClixSense. First is by viewing advertisements that are in our system. You earn commissions for every ad you see. The amount per ad ranges from $0.001 and up to $0.02.
Other ways you can earn from ClixSense is through promoting others to our site with our affiliate program. You earn downline click commissions, upgrade commissions and a commission from your referrals's purchases. The amount you make all depends on your account status (Premium or Regular).
Premium members earn higher downline click commissions from their direct referrals, are entered into an 8 level affiliate program for premium upgrades and earn signup commissions.

Q-I received an email asking if I wanted to be a Mystery Shopper, is this legit?
The email that you have received is bogus. Please do not reply or acknowledge this message. This is a phishing scam where people are using our good name and trying to get your personal information or money from you. We are working with authorities to try and catch these scam artists. If you do receive a message asking you to be a Mystery Shopper, please forward it (along with the email headers – this is important) to info@clixsense.comalong with your name. Please keep the subject in tact so we can keep it on file.
ClixSense does offer paid surveys from ClixSenseResearch.com. If the survey is not from ClixSense Research then it is not from us.

Q-What are the differences between all of the ad exposure types?
We offer four different types of exposure for the PTC Ads. They are Micro, Mini, Standard andExtended. Each has a different exposure time that varies from 3 to 60 seconds and with different options available. They also require a different amount of Ad Credits per click.
Members will be more tempted to click on ads with longer exposure like the Standard orExtended and because of the longer exposure higher convertion rates are to be expected.
If you're just looking to increase your website's traffic, Micro or Mini are the best choices at very low cost, however these types have limited targeting options and statistics available.

Q-I share a home with my brother, my cousin, and his girlfriend - Can we each have a ClixSense account?
To protect the integrity of the ClixSense.com advertising system only one account per household is permitted. This is strictly enforced. Advertisers have paid for unique views of their product/service. To safeguard the value of their advertising dollar the ClixSense Fraud Prevention Department regularly reviews accounts for violations. Any account found to be in violation is suspended and any commissions earned are immediately returned to the advertiser. Again, this policy is strictly enforced and all determinations made by the ClixSense Fraud Prevention Department are final.


Q-Can I access my account from different locations?
Yes. We do not mind if you access your account from home, work, the Library, friends house, internet cafe etc. Accessing your account from a different IP address does not put your account in any danger of being closed or suspended.

What is a premium account?
PREMIUM account status indicates to advertisers that the viewer has successfully made a purchase using a credit card or bank account online. Many advertisers prefer to limit their paid advertisements to viewers who have proven purchasing power.
The cost of ugrading to PREMIUM status is $14.95 USD and is valid for 1 year from the date of upgrade. There are many benefits that go along with being a PREMIUM member, like signup commissions, higher downline click commissions, more chances to win in ClixGrid, more ads available, an 8-Tier affiliate program that pays you for each referral that also upgrades to PREMIUM and much more.

Q-Why haven't I won in Clixgrid?
ClixGrid is a game of chance. The more you play the better your chances of finding that winning spot. Each day we have a new prize pool and we show the list of current winners. If you do not win, please keep trying as we will continue to give away prizes each day.

Q-Why arent there more ads available to me?
The amount of ads, how often they appear and value of advertisements targeted to your specific profile is entirely dependent on the advertisers and will vary from day to day, even hour to hour.
Logging into your ClixSense account more frequently should avail more ads to you as you will find ads from smaller advertisers before they are consumed by other members.
ClixSense averages over 800 people logged in at most times. If an ad comes in that has 500 clicks available on it, the first 500 people who click this ad will see it. The other 300 will have to wait for other ads to come in.

Q-What method of payments do you accept for upgrades?
At this time all purchases are processed through Google Checkout, AlertPay, PayPal and Liberty Reserve.
If these options are not available to you, you may mail a bank or postal money order in the amount of $14.95 USD to the address below. Please be sure to include your ClixSense account information.

Q-How long does it take to upgrade my account status to Premium?
Once ClixSense is notified by the payment processor that your payment is completed, your account is automatically and instantly upgraded. Some payment processors do not "complete" your payment until certain verifications are completed. If your account status has not been upgraded within 48 hours of payment please notify us so that we may investigate.

Q-My account is closed, can I reopen it?
You sure can. Just attempt to login your account and you will have the option to reopen it, or you may submit a support request - be sure to include your username or email address associated with your account: Request to reopen account

Q-What websites are not allowed to advertise?
Any website submitted to ClixSense will first go through approval before being activated. Websites containing malicious script or code, excessive pop-ups, or viruses are prohibited. In summary, and without being exhaustive, no sites promoting the following shall be submitted:
  • Adult Content or Sexually Themed Material
  • Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
  • Tobacco Sales
  • Discriminatory Practices
  • Hate / Violence Sites
  • Weapons Sales
  • Pharmaceutical Sales
  • Illegal Downloads/Warez
  • Gambling
No site (url) that is approved shall materially be changed after approval such that the content of the site after the original approval is thereafter in violation of the above. We reserve the right to reject advertisements at our sole discretion.

Q-What advertisements are displayed to viewers first?
Ads are displayed in the order they are submitted by advertisers. Higher paying ads will always be displayed at the top of the list and will be the first ads seen by members.

Q-I do not get a timer when I am viewing ads, what happened?
When you click on the browse ads link and are not seeing the timer frame at the top of the screen, this usually means that you are using a non standard browser or you have javascript disabled. We recommend that you use Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox.
Please be sure that you have enabled javascript in your browser.
To enable Javascript in Internet Explorer please do the following: (Firefox is down below)
In Internet Explorer 7 click on the 'Tools' button located in the upper right part of the screen (next to the gear icon) and select 'Internet Options'.
Click on the 'Security' tab and then click on the 'Custom Level...' button.
Scroll down until you can see scripting. Its located near the bottom of the list. Set the option 'Active scripting' to 'Enable'. Then click on the 'OK' button.
You will be asked if you want to change the settings for this zone, select yes. Close your browser and try browsing ads again.
To enable Javascript in Mozilla Firefox:
In Firefox click on the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options'.
Click on the 'Content' tab, check the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox and finally click on the 'OK' button. This concludes enabling JavaScript for Mozilla Firefox.
